Are you here on LinkedIn to sell your products & services to business customers? Here’s a way to reach those same customers outside of LinkedIn using PPC.
Just as our crazy world was heading into the pandemic, Bing Ads rebranded itself to Microsoft Advertising. The move was not just a name change but one that also reflected the network’s growth into something way beyond just search advertising.
As part of this name change, Microsoft soon announced the acquisition of LinkedIn and in turn offered the ability to its network advertisers to target users of LinkedIn via their company, job function and industry. This means that you can show your ads to professional LinkedIn members should they search on Bing or browse any of their growing network partners.

If you are already advertising on LinkedIn you may now be asking “Can’t I just target those same people via LinkedIn ads?” Yes, you can and you should. However, LinkedIn advertising only reaches those people on the LinkedIn network itself, using Microsoft Ads allows you to reach your ad targets beyond LinkedIn. The combination of the two offers a great B2B strategy for 2022.
Have you tried LinkedIn targeting via Microsoft Advertising for your brand, products and services? If so, how did it work for you? If not, will you do so now?
